You can usually access those logs through FTP.

If my memory serves me right, Webalizer -depending on configuration- will continually trim its log files.

Anyways, the short answer is you can download your log files (Apache, Webalizer etc.) through FTP. They may be located in a folder outside your website, so they are most likely not downloadable using an internet browser. (Although you can see the results presented by Webalizer)

Try take a look with FTP or ask your webhost!
